Cummins Insite PC Date Invalid Password Unlock? - MHH AUTO

the message says, "insite has been locked. if you are trying to change the pcid, please use the current version (7.40) with a pcid of 7.61. to unlock the pcid, contact your local cummins distributor. the following message will appear below the pcid box. if you change the pcid while using the current version, you must contact your local distributor to unlock the pcid."

i am having the same issue as the above poster. i have a 7.41 version insite and purchased the 7.60 version. i have since changed the pcid to 7.61 and now i get the "insmite has been locked. if you are trying to change the pcid, please use the current version (7.40) with a pcid of 7.61. to unlock the pcid, contact your local cummins distributor." message. i have done all of the troubleshooting steps and have contacted the local distributor but have had no luck. i would like to unlock the pcid to do a update to insite. my pcid was successfully changed, but now the pcid is locked again. it has been like this since i changed it.

hi there, i get the same problem. if i change my system date on the computer itself then i get the error message. if i change it on the computer itself then i get the error message. if i have the date already set to what it is supposed to be then i get the same error message.
