Hi my name is Cherie Souza. I am a mother of three beautiful children who have brought me the most joy and have taught me the importance of making my mental health a priority to raise a healthy family.

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Child and Family. Through my 20 years of experience I have learned that everyone has a story and that narrative can be changed. I truly believe knowledge is power and your thoughts can lie to you.
